Implementation
Turning summit commitments into delivery
The Africa Job Creation Summit is designed around implementation before and after the annual event. Countries and partners work through a structured cycle that links policy priorities to programmes, finance, delivery and measurable results.
Country Action Compacts
Participating countries are invited to prepare concise Action Compacts identifying priority sectors and employment pathways, target beneficiaries, delivery partners, financing needs, policy actions, digital and institutional requirements, expected outcomes, accountable owners and timelines.
National pilots and demonstrations
The Summit will showcase and support country pilots that connect MSMEs, workers and vulnerable groups to skills, finance, markets, employment services and digital systems. The concept note identifies current implementation momentum in Ethiopia, Rwanda and Eswatini.
